Established in the 1930s as a trading business, Al-Futtaim is one of the most progressive regional business houses in the Gulf region. آ Today, Al-Futtaim operates through more than 65 companies in sectors as diverse as commerce, industry and services, and employs in excess of 20,000 people across the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Pakistan, Singapore and Europe.We are currently looking to recruit an HR Executiveآ to work from our Dubai based head office.Reporting to the Head of HR for Group and Services, you will be responsible for providing extensive support to the HR Buiness Partners for all HR matters. Your main duties will include:* Monthly MIS: prepare statistical analysis on manpower costs, census reports etc. Prepare monthly reports. e.g. Number of vacancies, time toآ fill, ratio of rejections, internal recruitment ratio etc.* Projects: Support Sr. HRBP in all HR initiated projects for the Group, e.g. Work Levels* Onboarding: Ensure all new joiners are welcomed to the organization, have a planned induction, and complete their induction successfully.* Offboarding: Ensure exit interviews are conducted and exit formalities are handled efficiently. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Human Resource , Business Management DegreeMinimum Experience:Previous experience as a HR ExecutiveAt least 2 Years UAE experienceJob-Specific Skills:Excellent computer skills including fluency in MS office applications and working knowledge in SAP preferred,Behavioural Competencies:Excellent organizational, planning and time management skillsLogical thinking with creative problem solving abilityGreat attention to detailGood communication skillsThe ability to work well with others About The Company Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
