JobDescriptionRoles/Responsibilities:Thisjob is ideal for those who are passionate about learning, andmeeting new people and willsuit people whoenjoy working in a challenging and target-drivenenvironment.The CSO s role andresponsibilities will include and is not restricted to thefollowing. Generate footfalls, onlinemeetings, applicants, and enrolment throughtelemarketing/participating in events /visiting schools and colleges in the regionInteract and advise potential candidates about international studyopportunities, theapplication process, andwork opportunities. Should ensure a highrate of conversion from lead generation into applicantand/orenrolmentsDeliver a session on International Study and Work opportunities torelevant audiences. Ensure that requiredfollow-up activities are carried on in time with customers andtoensure businessdevelopment. Work closely with thecounseling team, operations team, and student toensureapplications are processed in a timelyand accurate manner Should ensure that themanagement is aware of market feedback and trends in thestudentcommunity.Ensure that student records are maintained in an effective mannerand necessary followups are undertaken to ensure that the studentreceives his/her offers in time. Mustconstantly upgrade his/ her on destinations, universities, andtheir courses. Must be aware of the visaprocess/ required information to effectively completetheassigned tasks.Undertake outstation and Campus visits to promote the services ofthe company. Ensure that all requiredreports are submitted in time andaccurately. Effective use of the internalSoftware Preparing accurate sales forecaststo assist the company in making sound businessdecisions. Recommending and implementingimprovements to current sales practices andproceduresasneededGood communication and Negotiableskills is required.Exp: Fresher interestedin Sales with good communication or experiencedOffice Timing: 9.30 am to 6 pm. Work days:Monday to Saturday Work from officeopportunityEducation/ExperienceQualificationsand Experience Required Graduation or PostGraduation in any field. At least 1-2 yearsof experience in salesSkillsRequired :-Problem-solving skills Excellentcommunication and listening skillsConfidence and Presentation skills Should beresult oriented and able to work under pressure to meet thetarget Interpersonalskills Independent andself-motivated Positiveattitude Exceptional customer serviceskills An open-mind and sensitive approachwhen dealing withpeople Skills: telecalling,communication,telesales INT
