- Ideally 2-5 years experience involving at least 1 year in HSE

Activities
• Develop relevant HSE procedures and templates based on company procedures • Support the HSE Manager, technical and operations managers in their HSE responsibilities for the region • Ensure compliance by all project contractors to relevant legislation and Group HSE requirements, with the full support of project managers • Qualify new contractors on HSE point of view. Make sure HSE performance of contractors is reviewed after each project • Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Group and local requirements • Conduct frequent and regular inspections of both construction sites and maintenance operations to check compliance to HSE plan and procedures • Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects, including design review • Monitor implementation of environmental mitigation measures during construction and O&M phases • Assist Project Managers to implement improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendations & corrective actions • Investigations of incidents, and issue related HSE reports • Ensure proper HSE training of staff, organize HSE promotion events such as World Day for Safety & Environment • Collect relevant information and report H3SE data. Prepare load sheets for data transport and manually loads and changes maintenance plans. Set initial scheduling dates and balances manpower in consultation with the Planning and Scheduling Team Leads. Add task lists and Bills of Material to tasks and job specific maintenance libraries. Link procedure I documents held outside of Oracle to task operations.2. Maintain Asset Register data for all Onshore assets. Accountable for accuracy of linking of the plant hierarchy from plant, area, functional location, equipment, Bill of Materials, classification data, and catalogue profileassignment.3. Work with Project Engineers, mainly through the Engineering Change Approval Form (ECAF) process, to assign new tags for equipment from piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), install new functional locations, equipment, and Bill of Materials in Oracle and assigns cost centers in conjunction with Finance. In the same manner for the equipment becoming redundant, removes the Tag Identification, functional locations, Bill of Materials, and costcenters.4. Review P&IDs, Single Line Diagram (SLDs) and Layouts updated through ECAFs and updates Equipment Tag status in Oracle Asset Register.5. Maintain and publish all Set Points Registers in Oracle. Update Set Points database based on requests received through approved Maintenance Change Requests.6. Update Bill of Material's linked to Planned Preventative Maintenance in Oracle whenever an approved request is received from Onshore through the Management of Change Request system.7. New Maintenance Activities are created and linked with appropriate Asset Tags in Oracle. Interact with Finance Team for assigning Work in Process (WIP) codes for Maintenance Activities.8. Update Equipment Locations in Oracle Asset Register based on Onshoreconfirmations.9. Administer Oracle based Work Order Deferment System and distribute regular updates to the appropriate disciplines to ensure all parties are appraised of the deferment status and planned work.10. Provide support to onshore planning teams in use of the Asset Register and Planned Maintenance system. <br> <br> <br> <b>Other Competencies / Skills / Others</b><br> <ul><li>Good understanding of Risk, Criticality, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Continuous Improvement Processes.</li><li>Good understanding in Maintenance Change Request.</li><li>Strong command of the English language - oral and written communications, and effective interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
