Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting the tool repair teams in your region, setting performance objectives, conducting regular assessments, and providing feedback.
  • Monitoring and optimizing the operational performance of the tool repair service, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), to trigger proactive corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure the tool repair systems, to develop solutions that will achieve the needed objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Aggregate the activity demand forecast of the workshop sites, ensuring ample coverage of assets and inventory is available to meet the future demand.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the velocity, productivity, and efficiency of the workshop sites, using various tools and metrics to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may affect the delivery of services.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the product lines, fulfillment, and other stakeholders to mitigate any risk to delivery promptly.
  • Maintaining and optimizing the inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment for the region, ensuring that they are available and accessible when needed.
  • Conducts assessments of MRP system output based on operations demand and production planning, to identify required actions
  • Participates in continuous improvements plans, supply chain and purchasing operation
  • Prepares production reports for top management and analyzes metrics to improve operations
Qualifications REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's Degree in production and inventory management or supply chain Management or equivalent
  • 3+ years' relevant industry experience
