Location: Riyadh, KSA.Project Duration: 9 months, subject to extension.Grade: Manager.Years of experience: 10+ years of experience.Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).We are currently seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to join our partner company's team in KSA, and contribute to the successful delivery of the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) strategy for a water sector asset in Riyadh.Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of the Operation & Maintenance strategy for water sector assets in RiyadhMonitor project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issues to senior managementEnsure compliance with O&M governance standards and best practicesEngage with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on project statusProvide expertise in the operations and maintenance of various water sector assets including lakes, dams, rivers, plants, and infrastructureConduct regular reviews of O&M activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectivesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of experience in the water sector with a focus on operations and maintenanceProven track record of leading successful O&M projects from inception to completionStrong understanding of O&M governance frameworks and strategiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsFluency in both Arabic and English languagesHighly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and results-oriented approachPowered by JazzHRpzg6KTs9Sr
