1. Laboratory Operations:• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.• Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for laboratory personnel.• Supply Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory management of chemicals, reagents, and other laboratory supplies.2. Personnel Management:• Staff Supervision: Direct and supervise laboratory personnel, including scientists, technicians, and support staff.• Training: Provide training to new personnel and ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to laboratory protocols and safety guidelines.• Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations for laboratory personnel and provide constructive feedback.3. Project Management:• Project Planning: Collaborate with office team to plan and coordinate laboratory activities for various projects.• Timeline Management: Ensure that projects are completed within specified timelines and budgets.4. Quality Control:• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.• Compliance: Ensure that the laboratory complies with all relevant regulations and standards.5.
