Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing responsive WordPress websites from scratch or using pre-existing themes and plugins.
Collaborating with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into functional websites.
Customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
Developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch as needed.
Conducting website performance optimization and ensuring high levels of site speed and scalability.
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to WordPress websites, including compatibility and performance problems.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest web development trends, techniques, and technologies.
Providing technical support and guidance to clients and team members as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience working with popular WordPress plugins and themes.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce.
Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of server-side technologies and web hosting environments.
Experience with other content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal or Joomla.
