Over the years, we have partnered in delivering numerous small, medium, and mega projects across GCC and India.Drawlinesstrives to be recognized as the most innovative BIM/CAD services and solutions provider in Qatar within the AEC industry. send email toansa@drawlines.comPiping Designer Responsibilities:Development of designs to satisfy technical specifications, primarily using E3DPrepare supporting design calculations to substantiate designContribution to design reviews from a technical standpointPreparation of technical specifications in liaison with the client and project teamPreparation of design documentation throughout the design processProduction of design and detail drawings to the appropriate standard and in accordance with the client's specifications.Preparation of risk assessments, technical files, and other technical documentation required by safety legislation and proceduresLiaise with the Senior Engineer/Lead Engineer to resolve design problems and answer technical queries.Reports to Senior Piping Engineer or Design Manager.Responsible for managing quality, progress, and cost of the work undertaken by their teamMay be responsible for managing project sub-contractInteracts with engineers of other disciplines internally and externallyNuclear experience or experience from within a regulated environment specifically in Oil & Gas industry.Skills / Qualifications:Degree in civil engineering or equivalent professional qualification with relevant considerable experience.5 to 10 years of work experience as aPiping Design Engineer.Experienced designer with sound technical background and in-depth knowledge of E3D, SP3D,MicroStation and AutoCad.Conversant with codes of practice, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation applicable to draughting function.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
