Some of our projects are residential buildings, offices, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, schools, showrooms, public utility buildings, industrial units, mosques, warehouses, high rise towers and Infrastructure works.As a HSE Manager you will be in-charge of monitoring the Safety Environment and in compliance with the Project Quality Assurance system via a program of planned audits, advising the Project Manager on Quality Assurance matters.The duties of the HSE Manager will include:* Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE.* Management System to be compliant with OHSAS 18001/2007 and ISO 14001/ 2004.* Manage the HSE controllers and coordinate their audit schedule* Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed correctiveaction, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.* Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measur To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:* As per the requirement of the Holly City of Mecca, KSA only Muslim Applicants will be considered for this role* A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering* NEBOSH NGC/IGC is a must* 10 yrs experience HSE activities specially in major MEP Projects -(preference Hotel Projects)* Experience in the GCC / Gulf is a Must construction market About The Company Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
