Provide Consultant level support on all Human Resources Processes and recommend areas for continuous improvement.Provide advisory and proactive support to the departments key stakeholders in process optimization, in developing a quality assurance measure.Recommend solutions and provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and tools.Lead and provide effective support to the Human Resources Team in developing and maintaining the Key Performance indicators and evaluating the results.Analyse the KPI results including the relations between various KPI matrices and support the management for better-informed decisions on various organizational issues.Support the HR Leadership in ensuring that the operations and activities of the Human Resources are efficient and in line with the organizational objectives.Provide advice to the department leadership regarding best practices, standardization of processes, benchmarking performance indicators, identifies innovative solutions and options to address complex human resource management issues.Assist the departments, in identifying opportunities to enhance departmental operations, policies, and procedures.Develop a systematic process for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projects.Represent department in key forums and senior meetings and ensures compliance with all relevant organizational reporting systems.Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.QualificationBachelors degree in business administration or human Resources or a related stream relevant to the role.Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with minimum of 3 years in health sector.Knowledge of advanced HR Practices and HR TrendsHigh level of Computer literacy and Proficient in MS Office
