Overview:The IT SystemSpecialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the organizations ITinfrastructure ensuring its smooth operation and providingtechnical support to employees. This role is essential for ensuringthat all IT systems and tools are functioning optimally and thatany issues are addressed promptly to minimize disruption to thebusiness operations.KeyResponsibilities:Provide technicalsupport and troubleshooting for IT systems andapplicationsInstall configure and maintainhardware and software systemsMonitor systemperformance and ensure reliable operation of ITinfrastructureImplement and maintain networksecurity measuresCoordinate with vendors andservice providers for ITrelatedservicesConduct regular system audits toensure compliance with regulations and bestpracticesManage backup and recovery proceduresfor IT systems and dataCreate and maintaintechnical documentation and user guidesTrainemployees on the use of IT systems andtoolsCollaborate with crossfunctional teams onIT projects and initiativesRequiredQualifications:Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfieldProfessional certification in systemadministration or relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft CertifiedSystems Engineer)3 years of experience in ITsupport and system administrationExpertise introubleshooting hardware software and networkissuesKnowledge of network security principlesand practicesExperience in managing andmaintaining IT infrastructureStrongunderstanding of cloud computing and virtualizationtechnologiesExcellent communication andinterpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize andmanage multiple tasks in a fastpacedenvironmentStrong problemsolving andanalytical abilitiessystemadministration,troubleshooting,network security,technicaldocumentation
