• Develop and maintain overviewofthe portfolio and manage market risk • Develop apolicyframework to identify, measure and monitor all risk areasacrossthe firm • Determine if existing risk policies arein linewith company objectives • Perform due diligence,research,analysis and documentation of live transactions •Partnerwith finance and treasury to ensure smooth compliancewithregulatory requirements • Work with the deal teamtoproduce independent due diligence and investment recommendationstobe discussed with the CRO and with the IC • Work withtheCRO and leadership team on risk culture across the organization.Who we are looking for • Leadership skills andcredibilitywith a senior audience • Conscientious andtrustworthy,inspiring a team and an organization •Extensiveexperience of market risk, ideally gained at a pensionfund,sovereign wealth fund, private equity firm or investment bank• You should have a degree from a top-tier universityinEngineering, Statistics, Finance or a related field •Masters and/or CFA is preferred • Experience ofreviewingdue diligence reports, financial model assumptions&investment memos for variousinvestmenttransactions
