Business Development Executives areresponsible for prospecting companies which are not presentlyactive clients of Gartner, within an assigned geographicalterritory. The purpose of the role is to identify key buyingcentres to expand the net new client base. What you'lldo: • Leverage key best practices to drive andsuccessfully sell new business opportunities • Build andeffectively manage a list of new individuals and new clients todrive business development. • Collaborate with internalresources and external network to prioritize and penetrate keyaccounts. • Primary focus net new logos / net new clientaccounts. • Utilizing account planning and time managementtools to drive an increase of research revenue to an assignedquota. • Establish and maintain executive relationshipswith clients to become the trusted advisor • Quotaresponsibility aligned to the territory • Handover ofclosed clients to existing AEs within 30 days of closing forcontinued Gartner service. • Mastery and consistentexecution of Gartner's internal sales methodology,products, and services • Manage forecast accuracy on amonthly/quarterly/annual basis
