Supporting configurationof the electronic document management systems (EDMS).Managing the delivery ofdocuments within theEDMS.Producing andmaintaining the document management processes, procedures andtemplates as part of the programme delivery managementsystem.Maintaining andpromoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health,security, and quality and being a great team player as a member ofthe partnership delivering theprogramme.Communicatingideas for improving processes with a positive and constructiveattitude, and for developing this attitude inothers.Ensuring partnersand subcontractors understand the document management standards andare aware of the client's expectations in relation tomaximising the value ofinformation.Provision ofdocument management reports against the master information deliveryplan.
