Our client, a leading FMCG brand in the Kingdom are now seeking an experienced HR Director to join their team. As the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading the HR function and ensuring the development and well-being of the company's workforce. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in developing and executing HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values and huge growth plan for the coming years. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to executive leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
  • Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring a diverse, high-performing, and skilled workforce.
  • Create and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Establish performance management systems that drive accountability, continuous feedback, and excellence.
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and address training needs and career development opportunities for employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters and proactively address any potential issues.
