Job Description - Customer Success Team Support HiGuests is a leading property management company based in Dubai, and we are looking for guest-oriented individuals to join our Customer Success Team. As part of our growth, we are hiring passionate and talented team members to provide exceptional support and enhance our guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing direct reservations, coordinating viewings with the on-the-ground team, and optimizing external reservations through various channels, including Responsibilities:

  1. Manage booking processes from start to finish
  2. Communicate effectively with guests, ensuring excellent service
  3. Handle reservations and scheduling
  4. Coordinate with the team to streamline operations
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in telesales within the hotel and/or holiday home industry
  2. Proven ability to convert leads from Propertyfinder, Bayut, and recurring clients
  3. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's apartment market and short-term rental operations
  4. Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle rejection
  7. Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on resolving issues and managing complaints
  8. Proficient in CRM tools and general computer use
  9. Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  10. Team player with a collaborative mindset
  11. Confident, personable, and passionate about delivering a positive customer experience
  12. Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24-hour operation, 6 days a week
