Job Description
- Fast learner, results oriented, strong interpersonal skills, works cooperatively with others and independently as directed by supervisor.
- Good customer service skills.
- Must have the ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures, and priorities or work environments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Qualifications in Mechanical or Electronic Applications or past experience in rig operations
- Mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical/electronic systems.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience with mechanical, electronic, hydraulic equipment or similar experience in rig operations.
- Working knowledge of tubular handling equipment, including:
- Casing running tools, power tongs, elevators, power slips, control panels, and hydraulic power units.
- Must possess the ability to work with hand tools and operate hydraulically activated equipment.
- Must possess the ability to rig up, run, and rig down various components on a drilling rig.

FIELD
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Ability to work in remote, isolated environments
- Ability to work in hazardous and noisy conditions
- Ability to work in enclosed spaces
- Ability to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment and/or power tools
- Ability to work at heights
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping or kneeling
- Must be able to lift, carry and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a team environment taking into consideration alternative and diverse perspectives
- Ability to comprehend, remember and follow directions and comply with all company policies, procedures and standards
 OFFICE
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping or kneeling
- Use of repetitive wrist and hand movements at a computer
- Sit/stand while performing sedentary work
- Ability to work in a team environment taking into consideration alternative and diverse perspectives
- Ability to comprehend, remember and follow directions and comply with all company policies, procedures and standards
