Job details
Our client, a leading Waste Management & Facilities Management service provider in the MENA region, is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead their procurement function in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement strategic procurement plans
- Lead key supplier negotiations for cost-effective procurement
- Manage a team of two procurement professionals
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
- Optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of procurement experience (preferably in Waste Management/FM/Construction)
- Strong negotiation & supplier management skills
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Experience with procurement software & Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills
