Job Description We are looking for young and energetic female candidates to represent Sobha Realty at various promotional venues. Sobha Realty Brand Ambassadors are the face of the brand, as they are the first point of contact with clients. They engage with clients in a professional and elegant manner to generate quality leads and arrange office meetings for the sales team. Key Accountabilities Managerial Accountabilities
- Adhere to the stands code of conduct and dress code
- Follow the company stands script
- Achieve the assigned leads, tours, and sales targets
- Promote Sobha Realty projects and new promotions
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products
- Follow up with leads to convert them into show meetings
- Approach prospects and qualify them
- Be productive at the stand at all times during the shift
- Take ownership of stand appearance and marketing collateral
- Work at different locations and shifts as per business requirements
- Stay up to date with all new promotions and prices
- Support colleagues whenever required
- Report any issues from the stand in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and energetic
- High interpersonal sensitivity
- Ability to understand different cultures
- Organized
- Goal-oriented
- Experience in a Real Estate Promoter role for Promotional Venues
- Work Hours: 9 hours per day || Week Off: 1 day
- Locations and shift timings may change at any time.
- High school or above
