Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
10+ years of contract administration and contract management experience, including a full range of commercial and international government contract types.
Proven experience supervising staff at the manager level.
Must have experience in solicitation analysis, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and issue resolution.
Excellent communication and writing skills with both internal and external customers.
Thorough knowledge of all appropriate ethical standards regarding contracting actions.
Experience working with a Product Manufacturing Company desired.
Strong demonstrated knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions.
Must have the ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turnaround time, and work independently, as well as part of a team.
Highly motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and create trusting relationships with both internal and external clients in quick turnaround environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing urgencies.
Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet business needs; travel required
