Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 10+ years of contract administration and contract management experience, including a full range of commercial and international government contract types.
- Proven experience supervising staff at the manager level.
- Must have experience in solicitation analysis, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with both internal and external customers.
- Thorough knowledge of all appropriate ethical standards regarding contracting actions.
- Experience working with a Product Manufacturing Company desired.
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions.
- Must have the ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turnaround time, and work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and create trusting relationships with both internal and external clients in quick turnaround environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing urgencies.
- Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet business needs; travel required
