Qualifications Your experience and skills include:

  1. Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience as a Guest Relations Manager in a hotel is preferred.
  2. Fluent English speaker and additional Russian language.
  3. Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
  5. Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  6. Understanding of all hotel management best practices.
  7. Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS).
  8. Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
  9. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  10. Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.
  11. Ability to work flexible hours.
  12. Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
