Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Off Plan Specialist at Vestian MEA in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Off Plan Specialist will be responsible for managing off-plan property sales, liaising with developers, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions. Additionally, the Off Plan Specialist will assist clients in navigating the real estate market and providing expert advice on investment opportunities. Qualifications
- Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Dubai & UAE real estate market trends
- Experience in off-plan property sales
- Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Real Estate License or certification is a plus
