Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the workplace.
  2. Answer, direct, and forward incoming calls.
  3. Maintain cleanliness of the office area to ensure a presentable environment.
  4. Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  5. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  6. Ensure office security by following procedures and controlling access at the reception desk.
  7. Order front office supplies and maintain inventory.
  8. Update schedules and arrange meetings.
  9. Coordinate travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
  10. Maintain updated records of office expenses and pricing.
  11. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, copying, transcribing, and faxing.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  2. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
  3. Professional demeanor and appearance.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
  6. Excellent organizational skills.
  7. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  8. Customer service orientation.
  9. High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Location: Sharjah (Preferred: Dependably commute or planning to relocate before starting work)#J-18808-Ljbffr
