Deluxe Holiday Homes is Dubai's leading vacation rental management firm, boasting a comprehensive suite of services that spans across vacation rentals, property management, real estate brokerage, and more. With a commitment to innovation, professionalism, and excellence, we manage over 750+ properties and employ a dedicated team of over 255+ professionals. We are seeking a professional and experienced Personal Driver for our CEO. The ideal candidate will ensure the CEO's safe, timely, and comfortable transportation to various destinations, including meetings, events, and appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive the CEO and their family, including children, to and from school, appointments, meetings, and errands.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is always in optimal condition.
- Schedule and oversee routine vehicle servicing and maintain its cleanliness both inside and out.
- Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrival, considering traffic conditions and schedules.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's conversations, plans, and any sensitive information.
- Communicate clearly with the CEO, family, and staff regarding schedules and changes.
- Be available for flexible and extended hours as per the CEO's schedule.
- Respond promptly to unexpected situations, ensuring minimal disruption to the CEO's plans.
- Assist in managing schedules, travel itineraries, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience in the UAE, preferably for executives or families with children.
- Valid UAE Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and navigation systems.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, discreet, punctual, and dependable with a tidy and organized appearance.
- Ability to drive large SUVs and luxury vehicles safely and comfortably.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
