Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Business Development Manager to lead the growth initiatives for our Clients Cruise business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry with a focus on creating strategic partnerships, increasing revenue, and expanding the market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Build partnerships with travel agencies and corporate clients.
  2. Drive sales for private charters, group events, and regular cruises.
  3. Create strategies to expand our market reach.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in business development (tourism/hospitality preferred).
  3. Strong networking and sales skills.
  4. Knowledge of the local market and tourism trends.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Preferred: Previous experience in the maritime or cruise industry.
