We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Emirati Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves performing data entry tasks and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all data is accurately input into our systems while delivering a positive experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring high-quality records.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure proper file organization.
  • Generate and prepare reports based on data for internal use.
  • Assist in developing and improving data management processes.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address and resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating them when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance.
  • Maintain customer records and logs of interactions for future reference.
Desired Candidate Profile: Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in data entry or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
