Indian English-Speaking Manager (Contract) in Dubai
A reputable company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian English-Speaking Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams and projects successfully.Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company
- Supervise and lead a team of employees
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues
- Monitor budget and financial performance of the company
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Manager in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
