Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage resource pool effectively to support project requirements.
  2. Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers to discuss the progress and address any issues that arise.
  3. Maintain, review, and administer resource project schedules and plans.
  4. Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of an engineering project and monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met.
  5. Monitor project activity so that the flow of resources is timed to meet project requirements.
  6. Adjust schedules to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material or labor shortages.
  7. Monitor recruitment and liaise with HR to make advanced plans for required shift changes to optimize the delivery of resources and skills, identifying when new hires are required.
