The Role

We are seeking experienced professionals with deep expertise in the oil, gas, petrochemical, utilities, and power industries to join our team as Part-Time Consultants/Instructors. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training courses that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to their professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Course Development: Collaborate with our curriculum team to design and develop technical training programs that align with industry standards and client needs.
Instruction: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and online, to diverse audiences including engineers, technicians, and management professionals.
Content Customization: Tailor training materials to meet the specific requirements of different clients and regions.
Industry Insight: Provide up-to-date industry knowledge and share best practices with participants to enhance their understanding and application of course content.
Participant Assessment: Evaluate the progress of participants through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises, providing feedback and support as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, and continuously improve course content and delivery methods.

Ideal Profile

You have working knowledge of Metallurgy & Corrosion Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Analytical Laboratory, Marine & Offshore Engineering, Safety, Health & Environmental and Water & Waste Water Engineering.

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

A University degree preferably Master’s or PhD holders in any of the following:
Chemical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Instrumentations Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Metallurgy & Corrosion Engineering
Petroleum Engineering
Structural & Civil Engineering
Marine & Offshore Engineering
Analytical Laboratory
Water & Waste Water Engineering
Safety, Health & Environmental
Minimum of 10 years’ experience is required.
Bilingual (English/Arabic) or Native English Speaker to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
