Human by nature. As an Executive Assistant, you will perform administrative tasks to a senior executive with a high degree of autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You will report directly to the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA and will be based in Dubai. In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling meetings for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA and interacting with stakeholders to ensure meetings are set up and followed up on,
  • Screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding on behalf of the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA,
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and recording minutes, communicating to participants,
  • Taking notes during meetings and preparing meeting minutes, following up on action items from meetings and ensuring completion,
  • Booking travel arrangements for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA,
  • Preparing travel expense reports and ensuring reimbursement,
  • Managing the agenda (vacation, travel, time management, etc.),
  • Scheduling global/regional meetings, taking minutes and performing necessary follow-up as needed,
  • Exercising discretion in all activities and in any circumstances,
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Your professional profile includes:
  • Degree in administration, business, or relevant field preferred but not required,
  • 5+ years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably from larger organizations,
  • Experience in supporting senior leaders,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and sound knowledge in Excel,
  • Priority setting and proactive mindset,
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries,
  • Passion for success and willingness to go the extra mile.
