My client is looking for a UX/UI Designer to work on exciting projects. As a UX/UI designer you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to transform business requirements into beautifully designed, functional, and intuitive digital products. Key Responsibilities of UX/UI Designer

  • User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • UI Design : Design visually appealing, user-centred interfaces with attention to detail, usability, and accessibility.
  • UX Strategy : Develop and implement UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet the highest standards.
  • Usability Testing : Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and make necessary iterations to improve design quality.
  • Design Systems : Contribute to or maintain a consistent design system across all digital platforms.
  • Stay Current : Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and designs.
Required Skills & Experience of UX/UI Designer
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch , Adobe XD , Figma , or Photoshop .
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centred design processes.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Ability to conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Education & Qualifications needed for UX/UI Designer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in UX/UI Design or a related area are a plus.
