Office Assistant Vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of office operations and procedures, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to applicants of Malayalee nationality who can complete the job without needing any English language proficiency. This position is part-time and is suitable for freshers who are looking to gain experience in the office environment. The Office Assistant's responsibilities include:
  1. Providing administrative support
  2. Managing incoming correspondence
  3. Filing documents
  4. Maintaining the office supplies inventory
  5. Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  6. Assisting with other administrative duties as required
