We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, with a primary focus on order fulfillment, packaging, overseeing photo/video shoots, attending exhibitions, and maintaining strong communication with manufacturers.Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment and Packaging:Efficiently handle shipping orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Responsible for quality packaging to uphold our brand standards.Maintain organized inventory and manage stock levels.Photo/Video Shoot Oversight:Coordinate and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.Collaborate with creative teams to meet visual content objectives.Manage equipment, schedules, and logistics for successful shoots.Exhibition Attendance:Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows.Set up and manage exhibition booths, engaging with visitors and potential clients.Report on industry trends and competitor activities.Manufacturer Relations:Regularly check in on manufacturers to ensure production schedules are on track.Address any issues or delays promptly and effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners.Qualifications:Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management.Familiarity with photo/video production logistics is a plus.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
