Roles and responsibilitiesResponsible for complete Execution Activities including but not limited to the following:Sound Leadership and Technical skills in MV/LV, Protection and Automation FieldProven record to manage team of internal and external Project Managers, Project Engineers and Design Engineering teamPNL responsible for project resultsResponsible for the portfolio related to Retrofit & Upgradation projects, Service contracts, Spare parts.Assign and manage Field Service staff for large projects including planning and scheduling keeping the productivity on trackEnsure the delivery and accuracy of revenues and other Financial related KPIs on monthly and quarterly basisProject execution from hand over from Sales till closeout activities based on methods and guidelinesAbility to handle customer during challenging situationsMonthly reporting of overall project status to internal managementCoordination with internal and external suppliers and factoriesNCC recording and managingRisk evaluation and mitigation plansResponsible for Team developmentYour success is grounded in:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic EngineeringAt least 15 years of overall experience with min. 10 years of experience in leadership roleExpert knowledge of protection & automation systemsC-Category Project Manager or PMP or IPMA certification is a plusExperience of project management with P&L responsibility in project executionExperience in turn-key projects with direct interface to the customer/ public authorities/ subcontractorOther Skills:Negotiation skillsTeam PlayerExcellent communication skillsLeadershipInitiativeResult drivenWe offer you:2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.Diverse and inclusive culture.An environment where everyone can bring their whole self and feel a sense of belonging.The foundation to develop personally and expertly.Great variety of learning & development opportunities.Desired candidate profileLeadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members toward achieving project goals.Project Management: Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, including resource allocation and timeline management.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the specific industry and technical processes relevant to your projects (e.g., construction, engineering, IT).Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges quickly and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to facilitate collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.Conflict Resolution: Skills to manage and resolve conflicts within the team or with external parties effectively.Performance Management: Experience in setting performance metrics, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews for team members.Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and work under pressure.Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Coaching and Mentoring: Supporting the development of team members through training and mentorship.Developing these skills will help you excel as an Execution Team Lead and drive the success of your projects.
