The Contract Administrator manages construction contracts, ensuring compliance and effective execution.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.Maintain accurate contract records.Act as the primary contact for contract issues.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Law, or related field.Experience: Experience in contract administration within construction.Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law and excellent communication skills.
