Primary Purpose of Job: To provide effective management and analysis of all student data and reporting systems and other school-based data as necessary. Key Relationships: Admissions, SLT, teachers, ADEK, Taleem Charter School Team Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, manage and maintain the School Assessment and Tracking System
  2. Assist the setup and maintenance of the School Timetable
  3. Setup and manage user accounts and permissions as necessary
  4. Provide training and support to system users for related tasks
  5. Assist Administrators with the termly progress reporting process
  6. Assist with the rostering and implementation of MAP testing
  7. Provide comparative data analysis reports (e.g. MAP and internal assessment data)
  8. Support school leadership in using data to set targets
  9. Support the identification of underachieving students
  10. Liaise with and brief senior and middle leaders on the interpretation and implication of data
  11. Support school leadership with the management of other staff and student related data, e.g. attendance data, usage reports, device distribution records and reports
  12. Support other IT related activity as necessary
OSH Roles and Responsibilities Include:
  1. Bring up OSH concerns to the attention of their direct Supervisor or OSH department.
  2. Exercise effective supervision of their pupils and know the procedures in respect of fire, first aid and other emergencies, and carry them out.
  3. Follow the OSH procedures applicable to their area of work.
  4. Give clear oral and written health and safety instructions and warnings to students as often as necessary.
  5. Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and guards where necessary.
  6. Make recommendations to their Heads of Department/School Principal on OSH equipment and on additions or necessary improvements to plant, tools, equipment or machinery.
  7. Ensure that personal items of equipment (electrical or mechanical) are not brought into the school without prior authorization.
  8. Regularly check classrooms for potential hazards and report any observed to the Facilities Manager.
  9. Report all accidents, defects, and dangerous occurrences to their Head of Department in the first instance.
  10. Be vigilant in the work area, identify and report to their Supervisors about imminent dangers, hazards, or concerns to environment, health, and safety.
