We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator – 12 months Contract for one of our very well-known clients, to be based in their Dubai office. Job Description:
- Assessing customer's needs.
- Pointing clients towards services, resources and providers that can fulfill their needs.
- Explaining to clients how our solutions can resolve their pain points and providing job training for the client care team.
- Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Scheduling appointments for our clients.
- Maintaining and tracking clients' service records.
- Staying current on new services we develop.
- Evaluating our services and helping to identify improvements.
Skills
- Proven ability to work on a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- At least five years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or a related field.
