Job Title: Relationship Manager – Real Estate Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide customized solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns. Provide regular updates to clients regarding property listings, market trends, and investment opportunities. Identify and acquire new clients by understanding their real estate needs. Promote company properties and services to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors. Negotiate and close property deals to achieve sales targets. Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitive landscape. Provide clients with insights on market conditions, price trends, and investment opportunities. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and property management, to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with developers, brokers, and other industry professionals to expand the company’s network. Assist clients with legal documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property inquiries, and transactions. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management in the real estate industry. Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Knowledge of real estate market trends and legal regulations. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
