Responsibilities:Responsible and accountable for responding to customer requests and questions regarding service, products, and account information in a professional, accurate, efficient, and friendly manner.Responsible and accountable for complaint resolution, either technical, large, or complex, regarding service, products, and accounts using established procedures that ensure customer satisfaction.Responsible and accountable for managing and recording all live chat leads.Responsible and accountable for completing quotations as per requirements.Responsible and accountable for overseeing the proper maintenance of records and entry of sales data in the system.Assists in researching new market opportunities and mapping out potential customers and competitors.Assists in preparing various sales reports.Responsible for providing a positive organizational image to the customer.Performs any other assignments given by superiors from time to time.
