Responsibilities:Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.Marketing of properties available for sale or lease.Organising viewings and responding to queries.All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.Managing and administering lease compliance and documentation.Ideal Profile:You have at least 3 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.You are a strong networker & relationship builder.You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
