Libera Consultants is currently looking for a full-time on-site Business Development Consultant based in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Searching for new clients by meeting with hiring managers to find out about their company recruitment needs.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through continuous contact.
  • Cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs. This includes regular communication, conducting client meetings, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand the business, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets. This may involve identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, and developing business proposals and presentations to attract clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, including fee structures, terms, and conditions. This requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to articulate the value proposition of the recruitment services.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. This helps in understanding the recruitment landscape, identifying potential opportunities, and making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as recruiters and management, to ensure alignment of business development strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Tracking and analyzing business development metrics, such as client acquisition, revenue generated, and market share, and preparing regular reports for management. This helps in assessing the effectiveness of business development strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Building a strong network of industry contacts, including clients, candidates, and industry professionals. This involves attending networking events, conferences, and industry associations to establish and maintain relationships that contribute to business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Account management experience would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make reasonable decisions.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Able to influence and negotiate with clients and candidates. Understands the principles of Oil and Gas recruitment.
