Job Purpose To ensure that all rental and lease vehicles are maintained according to the manufacturers' requirements. To deliver an exceptional customer service experience to lease customers by understanding their requirements and ensuring that all vehicle problems are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Accountabilities Rental and Lease Vehicles

  1. Coordinate with lease and rental customers to understand their requirements and ensure that any vehicle problems are dealt with effectively and quickly, providing an appropriate replacement vehicle when required.
  2. Ensure that all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer’s requirements, raising the job cards, booking into the service centre, and coordinating with the service advisors.
  3. Check that all lease and rental vehicles are returned in good condition and ensure that if any damage is evident, the relevant paperwork is completed and, where appropriate, the customer is invoiced.
  4. Ensure that there are vehicles available and in good condition to replace lease/rental vehicles that require servicing/repair.
Operational
  1. Support the Manager Logistics in implementing departmental policies and procedures; ensure that all internal guidelines are followed.
  2. Coordinate with the Logistics PRO to ensure that all registration renewals are completed for lease and rental vehicles and the correct registration card is in each vehicle.
  3. Prepare accurate monthly invoices for all lease vehicles.
  4. Provide the RTA coordinator with the relevant information to enable all RTA fines and Salik charges to be invoiced correctly.
  5. Document all accidents to lease/rental vehicles, follow-up with the insurance company for approval of repairs, and then arrange for repairs with the body shop.
  6. Prepare daily and monthly reports to advise the Supervisor Logistics and Logistics Manager of lease/rental maintenance and servicing activity.
  7. Operationally manage Mobility, Lease, and Rental Cars and support the Logistics department.

  1. Develop, guide, direct, motivate, and manage the performance of all direct reports in line with the Performance Management System to assist in the realization of their potential and to enhance their knowledge-based skills.
  2. Organize and attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.
Personal Development
  1. Practice personal continuous improvement.
  2. Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. All rental/lease vehicles serviced within the required service period.
  2. Cost of vehicles repair that Al Nabooda is responsible for (all costs should be allocated to warranty, insurance, or customer).
