We believe in rewarding ambition and promoting from within. About The Role: As a Customer Service Representative , you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will assist prospective and current guests, address inquiries, and ensure that our residents feel supported throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing questions about properties, reservations, policies, and services.
  • Guests Relations: Assist residents with requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless living experience.
  • Booking Assistance: Guide potential customers through the booking process, including availability checks, pricing, and terms.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle complaints or concerns efficiently, aiming for timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to address tenant needs or service requests.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from residents to identify areas of improvement and enhance service delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the company CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - With a preference for an extra language.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic team.
