We are currently seeking a dynamic and engaging Board Operator to join our team. The radio station will have a business-oriented focus, with minimal music content. Additionally, the station will cover a diverse range of topics such as medicine, technology, sports, finance, real estate, and more throughout its airtime. The broadcast would be in English. In this role, you will work closely with our on-air host, going live together to support the host and deliver a seamless, engaging broadcast. Your ability to read the audience, adapt to their preferences, and keep the energy high will be essential in driving listener engagement and satisfaction. We are looking for a DJ who can bring a unique flair and personality to our station, while also understanding the importance of aligning with our overall business strategy and direction. Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills
  • Basic understanding of broadcasting equipment and production
  • Ability to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and multitask during live broadcasts
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current events, trends, and viral content
  • Degree in broadcasting, journalism, communication studies, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience as a radio DJ, either through volunteering, internships, or entry-level roles
