Role: DevOps Engineer Skill: DevOps Experience: 10+ Years Job Description: Responsible for the delivery of a dynamic system infrastructure and automation platform to support an agile software development process and cloud-based OpenShift platform ARO, ROSA. Design and implement a DevOps platform which covers areas such as build automation, deployment automation, test automation, SDLC orchestration, environment management, monitoring, and production release procedures. Develop deployment scripts on the platform for integration, orchestration, and automated software deployments and code releases. Champion and establish continuous integration and delivery. Raise and follow up on required change requests and tickets in service manager. Prepare/Review IARs and related documents for approvals. Gather requirements from business users for projects, tasks, operational requests, and enhancements for technical teams. Coordinate between project and business teams during the execution of projects and tasks. Support UAT of projects and tasks including preparation of documents and approvals. Support go-live and post-go-live activities for assigned projects and tasks. Support business users to translate ADIB business requirements to vendors (in technical steps) and vice versa. Escalate issues and suggest corrective actions. Timely follow up on assigned projects and tasks. Follow up and track services, coordinate vendor support issues, and respond to service tickets in a timely fashion. Track, resolve, and report incidents and known errors through the approved processes. Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by management in delivering services. Complete assigned tasks to satisfy user needs within the agreed-upon time parameters. Execute ad-hoc instructions or provide flexibility within ethical and professional standards from line manager to achieve exceptional business objectives and internal IT objectives related to ADIB group including international expansion. Support go-live and post-go-live activities for projects and any releases to production.
