Job Description # Develop Retail Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to achieve sales targets, promote new products, and increase brand awareness in retail channels. # Visual Merchandising: Design and implement visually appealing in-store displays, window displays, and point-of-sale materials to showcase products and promote brand image. # Retailer Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, negotiate promotions, and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives. # Promotions and Events: Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and demonstrations to drive sales, increase foot traffic, and engage customers. # Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyse customer behaviour, and provide insights to inform retail marketing strategies. # Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and brand teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile # Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. # Minimum 3 years of experience in retail marketing. Experience in the home appliances or electronics industry desirable. # Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing strategies, campaigns, events and other promotional activities. # Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. # Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and provide insights. # Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools.
