About the Role: As a Head Hostess at Nobu by the Beach, you will use your charm to carry out natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. You will demonstrate effective communication skills, customer service skills, and your efficiency as a team player by working closely with the Bar and Dining area team. You will have the opportunity to be part of the best restaurants, bars, and pubs and showcase your ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. We also ensure you have the right support with the right training and leadership along the way. You will attend both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine-tuning your food and beverage acumen. About You: Ideally, we would love for you to have international exposure in a related field or at least 2 years of experience working in a luxury hotel and restaurant.
