Job Title: Business Development Manager-Staffing and Recruitment Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-time Note: UAE License Required Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
    1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    2. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    2. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    2. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    3. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    1. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    2. Develop and implement business development plans in alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  5. Experienced in IT Staffing
  6. Experienced sales professional working with Enterprise Accounts in UAE region.
  7. Candidate shall be responsible for leading business development and new customer acquisition strategies.
