Job Description
Position Requirements:- Bachelor's degree & other qualifications.
- 8-10 years’ experience preferably in UAE/Gulf with Engineering Consultant/Contracting companies.
- Responsibilities include:
- Timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
- Control, prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.
- Attend calls, take messages, and handle correspondence professionally.
- Maintain diaries and arrange appointments.
- Organize and serve meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
- Type, prepare, and collate reports.
- Manage databases filing.
- Undertake general receptionist duties when required.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- Competency in detail & accuracy.
- Ability to handle multitasks and work under pressure.
- Prioritize work schedules.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
